Documents Required at the time of Admission
- Original Date of Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation.
- Self-Attested copy of student's Aadhaar Card.
- Original School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate from the previous school duly signed by the Head of the Institution.
- Original Report Card of the last class from the previous school.
- Out station students must submit documents duly counter signed by the competent authority.
- Proof of Address.
- Original Migration Certificate in case child comes from another Board.
- SC/ST /BC candidates are to submit certificate from the competent authorities.
- Note: No Admission will be deemed to be complete and valid till the above mentioned documents are submitted
